🔶 EARLY LIFE & ROOTS
Humble Beginnings, Strong Foundations
Born and raised in Black Point, Exuma — a close-knit fishing community in The Bahamas — Glen P. Rolle is the fifth of eleven children.
His early life was shaped by community values, discipline, resilience, and a deep appreciation for family and faith. These formative experiences laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to people, nation building, and service.
He later attended R.M. Bailey High School in Nassau, where he distinguished himself both academically and in leadership.

🔶 NATIONAL SERVICE
A Distinguished Career in Public Service
Amb. Rolle served in the Royal Bahamas Police Force for over 21 years, rising through the ranks with distinction.
During his service, he:
graduated from the Police Academy with top honors
served in national intelligence
provided security for international figures, including Nelson Mandela
worked in proximity to national leadership, including Sir Lynden Pindling
He also served as Chairman of the Police Association, representing Inspectors and ranks below, where he became a strong advocate for officers’ welfare, leadership accountability, and institutional integrity.
His years in law enforcement provided firsthand insight into the realities facing individuals, communities, and national systems.

🔶 TRANSITION TO NATIONAL ADVOCACY
From Law Enforcement to Nation Building
Following his retirement from the Police Force, Glen P. Rolle transitioned into a broader role as a community advocate and national voice.
Recognizing the deeper issues affecting society — identity, purpose, justice, and direction — he committed himself to engaging these matters beyond enforcement, focusing instead on restoration, dialogue, and transformation.
This transition marked the beginning of a new phase of his life’s work: to help shape people and nations through truth, conversation, and vision.

Amb. Rolle is the host of Morning Grace on Inspiration 107.9FM, a daily radio program airing Monday to Friday at 9:00am.
