ABOUT

Such was the environment that helped shape the founder of this platform and the vision it carries. This place of peace guided the spirituality of his family and formed the foundation of their way of life—a legacy passed down through generations and still lived today. Faith, family, culture, community, and nation-building were not merely spoken values; they were lived daily within that small island community.
As a teenager, Glen journeyed to the nation’s capital, Nassau, Bahamas, where he attended and graduated from R.M. Bailey High School. Following his studies, he enlisted in the Royal Bahamas Police Force and graduated from the Police Academy with top honors. During his years of service, Glen fulfilled multiple roles that exposed him to leadership responsibilities and provided opportunities to work alongside both national and international figures, including Sir Lynden Pindling, the Father of the Nation, and President Nelson Mandela of South Africa, among many other distinguished leaders.
These experiences played a significant role in shaping his worldview and deepening his commitment to service—something that continues to be reflected in the vision of this platform. His dedication to nation-building, his love for his country, and his concern for humanity are all rooted in the spiritual foundation that began in a small fishing village in Exuma. Glen himself is the product of missionaries who once visited his shores carrying the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is therefore no surprise that he feels a strong responsibility to give back, believing that service extends far beyond the borders of any single nation. For him, the nations are a shared responsibility.
Glen is married to Yvette Denise Rolle, formerly Edwards, and together they have shared a life journey grounded in faith, family, and purpose. Yvette, a devoted wife and mother, is often described by Glen as the one who holds everything together. She is a woman of grace and care, guiding their home and shaping the lives of their four children, who are now all adults. She is also a proud grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters, whom she affectionately calls her “grand babies.”
Now retired, Glen and Yvette enjoy traveling and experiencing the world together, continuing to live out the values that have defined their lives. Faith, family, and community remain deeply important to them both. As Glen writes and authors the reflections that form the foundation of this vision, Yvette plays a vital role in preserving and refining his words, ensuring that they carry the right tone and structure. Their differences complement one another, forming what they often describe as a match made in heaven.
Together, they remain committed to service, reconciliation, and uplifting humanity through the grace that rests upon their lives. Today, Glen hosts a daily radio program titled Morning Grace, where he engages listeners in meaningful conversations on faith, family, and nation-building while connecting with Bahamians and the global diaspora. Carrying the title of Ambassador, Glen affectionately refers to his wife Yvette as “Her Excellency.” Together, they see themselves simply as vessels of grace and ministers of reconciliation.
